Conditions: You will find details of the rental conditions
in the sample
contrat.
Major conditions :

Rentals are possible only by the week (maximum
of 4 weeks for one contract) |

Animals are not allowed |
|
The reservation for the defined period becomes
effective only after the reception of a deposit of 30% of the
total rent due (in the case of a cancellation made up to 30
days before the expected arrival date, the total amount of the
deposit will be refunded). |
|
A safety caution fee of Six hundred (600
€) is to be paid upon arrival. |
|
Bedsheets, comforters, and pillows are furnished
and are included in the rental price. |
|
In the winter season (October 1st - March 31st)
the cost of heating is extra and is to be paid at the end of
the stay. |

of the season: low, mid, or high season. |

Availability and reservations :

Once a decision has been made to book, you may
make a reservation immediately using the following procedure
: |
1. Click on the reservation calendar, then choose
the desired time period according to the weeks available. Validate
your choice.
2. Complete the on-line reservation form with your personal
information, then validate the document.
3. Your personalized rental contract will appear on the screen.
Verify the accuracy of the information then make the final validation.
4. Print out the contract, sign it, then send us a copy by mail
at the following address :
